Share Changes For Suez SA And Unicredito Italiano SPA In The S&P European Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, effective after the close of trading on Friday 2nd December 2005:
  • Suez SA (France, SEDOL: 7118047, GICS: Utilities), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, shares will increase to 1,250,164,618. This is due to a capital increase related to the acquisition of Electrabel SA.
  • UniCredito Italiano SPA (Italy, SEDOL: 4232445, GICS: Financials), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, shares will increase to 10,368,848,154. This is due to a capital increase related to the acquisition of Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG.
