Share Changes For British Energy Group In The S&P European Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350 and S&P United Kingdom indices, effective after the close of trading on Monday 11 June 2007:

• British Energy Group (United Kingdom, SEDOL: B04QKW5, GICS: Utilities, GICS Code: 55101010), a member of the S&P Europe 350 and S&P United Kingdom indices, shares will increase to 1,026,607,000 following the conversion and sale of Nuclear Liabilities Fund Limited stake in British Energy Group.
