Share Changes For Aviva Plc And Koninklijke (Royal) Philips Electronics NV In The S&P European Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro, S&P United Kingdom and the S&P Global 100 indices, effective after the close of trading on Thursday 27 July 2006:

Aviva PLC (United Kingdom, SEDOL: 0216238, GICS: Financials, GICS Code: 40301030), a member of the S&P Europe 350 and S&P United Kingdom indices, shares will change to 2,544,349,000 following a recent capital increase.
Koninklijke (Royal) Philips Electronics NV (Netherlands, SEDOL: 5986622, GICS: Consumer Discretionary, GICS Code: 25201010), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, shares will change to 1,229,299,000 following a buyback and cancellation of company shares.
