Share Changes For Alcatel SA In The S&P European Indices And S&P Global 100 Index

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P Global 100 indices, effective after the close of trading on Thursday 05 January 2006:
  • Alcatel SA (France, SEDOL: 5975066, GICS: Information Technology), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P Global 100 indices, shares will increase to 1,428,142,182. This is due to conversion of all outstanding mandatory redeemable notes to new Alcatel ordinary shares (“ORANE”).
