Share Changes For Akzo Nobel NV And ING Groep NV In The S&P European Indices And S&P Global 100 Index

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P Global 100 indices, effective after the close of trading on Wednesday 16 July 2008:

Akzo Nobel NV (Netherlands, SEDOL: 5458314, GICS: Materials, GICS Code: 15101020), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, shares will decrease to 259,411,000 following a buyback and cancellation of shares.
ING Groep NV (Netherlands, SEDOL: 7154182, GICS: Financials, GICS Code: 40201020), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P Global 100 indices will decrease to 2,079,459,000 following a buyback and cancellation of shares.
