Share Change For Woolworths Limited In S&P/ASX 50 Index

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/ASX 50 Index effective after the close of trading on Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2006:

Woolworths Ltd. (Australia, SEDOL: 6981239, GICS Code: 30101030), a member of the S&P/ASX 50 Index, will increase its shares to 1,200,302,199. This change is the result of a dividend-reinvestment plan.
