Share Change For Wolseley And IWF Change For Endesa SA In The S&P European Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P United Kingdom indices, effective after the close of trading on Friday 29 September 2006:

  • Wolseley (United Kingdom, SEDOL: 0976402, GICS: Industrials, GICS Code: 20107010), a member of the S&P Europe 350 and S&P United Kingdom indices, shares will increase to 657,207,000 following the issue of new shares via a placing.

  • Endesa SA (Spain, SEDOL: 5271782, GICS: Utilities, GICS Code: 55101010), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, IWF will change to 0.9 following the acquisition of 10% of the company’s shares by Acciona SA.
