Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, effective after the close of trading on Thursday 05 April 2007:
- UBI Banca ScpA (Italy, SEDOL: 7622225, GICS: Financials, GICS Code: 40101010), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, shares will increase to 639,145,902 following the merger by incorporation of Banca Lombarda.
