  • Taisei Corp. (Japan, SEDOL: 6870100, GICS: Industrials, GICS Code: 20103010) a member of the S&P/TOPIX 150 and S&P Japan 500 indices, shares will increase by 90,000,000 to 1,054,802,821 due to the public offering.
