Share Change For Swiss Re In The S&P Global 100 Index

Standard & Poor’s will make the following change in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Global 100 indices, effective after the close of trading on Monday 10 July 2006:

• Swiss Re (Switzerland, SEDOL: 7189816, GICS: Financials, GICS Code: 40301050), a member of the S&P Europe 350 and S&P Euro Plus indices, shares will change to 358,212,933 following a rights issue and acquisition of GE Insurance Solutions.
