Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350 and S&P United Kingdom indices, effective after the close of trading on Tuesday, 10 February 2009:
- Scottish & Southern Energy Plc (United Kingdom, SEDOL: 0790873, GICS: Utilities, GICS Code: 55101010), a member of the S&P Europe 350 and S&P United Kingdom indices, shares will increase to 920,392,000 following placing. There will be no IWF change.
