Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, effective after the close of trading on Friday 13 April 2007:

• Sampo Oyj (Finland, SEDOL: 5226038, GICS: Financials, GICS Code: 40301030), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, IWF will change to 0.6015 following the acquisition of a 15% holding by Exista hf.
