Standard & Poor’s will make the following change in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro, and S&P Global 100 indices, effective after the close of trading on Tuesday 09 January 2007:

• Koninklijke (Royal) Philips Electronics NV (Netherlands, SEDOL: 5986622, GICS: Consumer Discretionary, GICS Code: 25201010), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P Global 100 indices, shares will change to 1,142,826,763 following the repurchase and cancellation of shares.
