Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/ASX 50 Index effective after the close of trading on Wednesday, June 6, 2007:

GPT Group (Australia, SEDOL: 6365866, GICS Code: 40402010), a member of the S&P/ASX 50 Index, will increase its shares to 2,053,635,370 as a result of the company’s distribution-reinvestment plan.
