Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P Global 100 indices, effective after the close of trading on Tuesday 29 July 2008:

• Aegon NV (Netherlands, SEDOL: 5927375, GICS: Financials, GICS Code: 40301020), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P Global 100 indices, shares will decrease to 1,554,602,000 following a buyback and cancellation of shares.
