Share And IWF Changes In S&P Japan SmallCap 250 And S&P Japan 500 Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following change in the S&P Japan SmallCap 250 and S&P Japan 500 Indices effective after the close of trading, Friday June 30, 2006:

Coca-Cola West Japan Co. Ltd. (Japan, SEDOL: 6163286, GICS: Consumer Staples, GICS Code: 30201030) a member of the S&P Japan SmallCap 250 and S&P Japan 500 indices, shares will increase by 28,227,060 to 111,125,714 and IWF will be updated from 0.56 to 0.55. This change is due to the issuance of shares as payment for the acquisition of Kinki Coca-Cola Bottling Co Ltd. Coca-Cola West Japan Co Ltd will change its name to Coca-Cola West Holdings Co Ltd.
Sojitz Corp (Japan, SEDOL: 6594143, GICS: Industrials, GICS Code: 20107010) a member of the S&P Japan SmallCap 250 and S&P Japan 500 indices, shares will increase by 48,091,601 to 452,300,489 and IWF will be updated from 0.9 to 0.804 due to the conversion of preferred stocks.
