Shanghai Stock Exchange: Notice Of Soliciting Public Opinions On “SSE Guidance (Draft) For Operation Of Audit Committees Under Listed Companies’ Directorates”

The Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) has formulated the “SSE Guidance (Draft) for Operation of Audit Committees under Listed Companies’ Directorates” (the “Guidance for Operation” for short, see Attachment 1), the Remarks on Drawing up the “Guidance for Operation” (see Attachment 2), and the Remarks on Significant Issues for Soliciting Public Opinions (see Attachment 3), in order to propel the corporate governance of listed companies and standardize the operation of audit committees under listed companies’ directorates. And the SSE hereby solicits opinions from the public.
