In order to regulate securities trading and other relevant business activities of members, after obtaining approval from China Securities Regulatory Commission, Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) and Shanghai Stock Exchange (SHSE) today published Administration Rules for Members of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Administration Rules for Members of Shanghai Stock Exchange respectively, which will be officially implemented as of May 1, 2007.
The announcement of Administration Rules is the embodiment that SZSE and SHSE adapt to supervision needs during the new period.
It was reported that a series of interpretation essays would be published for understanding the important content of Administration Rules.
