Shanghai International Energy Exchange has released its Notice on Approving Sinochem-Hongrun Oil Staging(Weifang) Co.,Ltd. to Rename Hongrun Oil Storage & Transportation (Weifang) Co.,Ltd.as follows:
Recently, the Shanghai International Energy Exchange(hereinafter referred to as"INE") has received an application from Sinochem-Hongrun Oil Staging(Weifang) Co.,Ltd. In accordance with applicable provisions of the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and relevant business rules, INE has decided to notify as follows:
INE approve the name of Sinochem-Hongrun Oil Staging(Weifang) Co.,Ltd.to be changed to Hongrun Oil Storage & Transportation (Weifang) Co.,Ltd in INE.
INE approve the delivery warehouse agreement between the former Sinochem-Hongrun Oil Staging(Weifang) Co.,Ltd.with INE shall be performed by Hongrun Oil Storage & Transportation (Weifang) Co.,Ltd., and the standard warrant issued by INE shall continue to be valid.
The rights and obligations of the former Sinochem-Hongrun Oil Staging(Weifang) Co.,Ltd. with respect to the designated delivery warehouse of INE shall be inherited by Hongrun Oil Storage & Transportation (Weifang) Co.,Ltd.
All concerning parties shall attach great importance to relevant business, so as to guarantee the normal and sound delivery.
