Shanghai International Energy Exchange has released its Circular on Seeking Public Comments on Containerized Freight Index (Europe Service) Futures Contract of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (Revised) as follows:
Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) plans to revise the Containerized Freight Index (Europe Service) Futures Contract of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange pursuant to laws, regulations, and administrative rules including the Futures and Derivatives Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading, and the Measures for the Administration of Futures Exchanges. Public comments are hereby requested on the proposed revisions.
Comments and suggestions on the proposed revisions to the contract should be submitted to INE in writing or by email before December 26, 2025. Please note that by submitting a response, you agree that INE may use your contact information and materials for the sole purpose of this public comment process.
