The Revised Articles of Association of Shanghai International Energy Exchange co., Ltd has been approved by INE shareholders’ general meeting and China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Please visit the official website of INE for the Chinese versions of the above rules. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version and English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
