Pursuant to the Circular issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”), Shanghai Futures Exchange (“SHFE”) hereby announces the following trading schedule during national holidays for year 2026:
1. New Year’s Day: SHFE will close on holidays from January 1, 2026 (Thursday) to January 3, 2026 (Saturday), and will open as usual on January 5, 2026 (Monday). It will also close on January 4, 2026 (Sunday). There is no continuous trading on December 31, 2025 (Wednesday).
2. Spring Festival: SHFE will close on holidays from February 15, 2026 (Sunday) to February 23, 2026 (Monday), and will open as usual on February 24, 2026 (Tuesday). It will also close on February 14, 2026 (Saturday) and February 28, 2026 (Saturday). There is no continuous trading on February 13, 2026 (Friday).
3. Qingming Festival (The Tomb-Sweeping Day): SHFE will close on holidays from April 4, 2026 (Saturday) to April 6, 2026 (Monday), and will open as usual on April 7, 2026 (Tuesday). There is no continuous trading on April 3, 2026 (Friday).
4. The International Workers’ Day: SHFE will close on holidays from May 1, 2026 (Friday) to May 5, 2026 (Tuesday), and will open as usual on May 6, 2026 (Wednesday). It will also close on May 9, 2026 (Saturday). There is no continuous trading on April 30, 2026 (Thursday).
5. The Dragon Boat Festival: SHFE will close on holidays from June 19, 2026 (Friday) to June 21, 2026 (Sunday), and will open as usual on June 22, 2026 (Monday). There is no continuous trading on June 18, 2026 (Thursday).
6. The Mid-Autumn Festival: SHFE will close on holidays from September 25, 2026 (Friday) to September 27, 2026 (Sunday), and will open as usual on September 28, 2026 (Monday). There is no continuous trading on September 24, 2026 (Thursday).
7. The National Day: SHFE will close on holidays from October 1, 2026 (Thursday) to October 7, 2026 (Wednesday), and will open as usual on October 8, 2026 (Thursday). It will also close on September 20, 2026 (Sunday) and October 10, 2026 (Saturday). There is no continuous trading on September 30, 2026 (Wednesday).
Relevant parties and investors shall make corresponding arrangements as per this schedule, adopt effective measures for risk management, and jointly ensure the smooth and sound operation of the market.
