It has been decided through study that, since June 1, 2012, SHFE will make the following adjustments on the transaction fees for various futures:
I. The transaction fee for Copper Contract will be reduced from 0.01% of transaction value to 0.008% of transaction value;
II. The transaction fee for Lead Contract and Steel Wire Rod Contract will be reduced from 0.01% of transaction value to 0.005% of transaction value;
III. The transaction fee for Steel Rebar Contract will be reduced from 0.006% of transaction value to 0.005% of transaction value;
IV. The transaction fee for Natural Rubber Contract will be reduced from 0.015% of transaction value (pre-RU1208 contracts) and 0.01% of transaction value (post-RU1208 contracts) respectively to 0.005% of transaction value;
V. The transaction fee for Fuel Oil Contract will be reduced from 0.005% of transaction value to 0.0035% of transaction value;
VI. The transaction fee for Gold Contract will be reduce from RMB 30 Yuan/lot to RMB 20 Yuan/lot;
VII. The transaction fee for Zinc Contract and Aluminum Contract will be reduced from RMB 8 Yuan/lot and RMB 5 Yuan/lot respectively to RMB 4 Yuan/lot.
