Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/CITIC 300 Index effective after the close of trading Thursday, December 2, 2004:
  • Shangdong Langchao Cheeloosoft Co., Ltd. (China, SEDOL: 6797481, GICS: Information Technology, GICS Code: 45102010), a member of the S&P/CITIC 300 Index, free-float A shares will increase by 20,610,720 to 89,313,120. This change is due to a rights issue at the issue ratio of 10:3. There will also be a change to the IWF.
