The Singapore Exchange(SGX)is to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on the proposed disposal of its stake in SGX Centre.
The EGM will be chaired by SGX Chairman, Mr J Y Pillay and attended by SGX Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
