SGX Stock Exchange congratulates Foundation Healthcare Holdings Limited (Foundation Healthcare) on its successful Mainboard listing under the stock code “FHH”.
Established in 2023 with backing from SeaTown Holdings, which is owned by Seviora Group, Temasek’s asset management group, Foundation Healthcare is Singapore’s largest private multi-specialty healthcare platform. It operates a connected, scalable model built on three core verticals: specialists, medical centres, and technology. By integrating its network of 108 medical specialists, 74 clinics, and four medical centres through its proprietary AVA® platform, the Group addresses care fragmentation to streamline claims and improve cost transparency for patients and payors.
