Incorporated in 2019, Prosper Cap Corporation Limited’s core business comprises investing in and managing the operations of hospitality and lodging-related business. It owns a portfolio of 17 hospitality assets in key regional cities in the United Kingdom. The 17 predominantly upscale hotels in the portfolio are managed by leading hotel operator Valor Hospitality Europe Limited and are operated under franchise agreements with IHG, Hilton and Marriott.
