SGX Securities today welcomed the listing of Centurion Accommodation REIT on its Mainboard under stock code “8C8U”.
Centurion Accommodation REIT is Singapore’s first pure-play purpose-built living accommodation real estate investment trust (REIT) with purpose-built worker and student accommodation (PBWA and PBSA) across Singapore, the UK and Australia. Its sponsor, Centurion Corporation Limited, is a homegrown company listed on SGX since 1995 and a recognised specialist in developing and managing quality accommodation assets worldwide.
