SGX Extends CEO’s Contract

The Board of Directors of the Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) is pleased to announce the extension of the service contract of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr Hsieh Fu Hua. Mr Hsieh’s current term of service expires on 28 February 2006. The SGX Board has decided to replace his contract with a new one which will extend Mr Hsieh’s term of service to 31 December 2007.

“We are pleased to be able to secure continuation of Mr Hsieh’s management leadership for the next three years,“ said Mr J Y Pillay, Chairman of SGX.
