SETTRADE Appoints Its Chief Executive Officer

The Board of SETTRADE Dot Com Co., Ltd. has resolved to appoint Mrs. Chanisa Chutipat as their company's Chief Executive Officer overseeing SETTRADE Dot Com Co., Ltd., a SET subsidiary. The new CEO will manage SETTRADE in its role as provider of securities information system as well as securities trading system via the Internet in line with SETTRADE's mission. Mrs. Chutipat's duties will include undertaking proactive moves in all aspects of SETTRADE's operations.

Mrs. Chanisa Chutipat received her Master's Degree in Business Administration from Thammasat University. She has extensive experience in investment banking, finance, internal auditing, strategic management, and information technology. Her recent positions include Vice President- Back Office Service Bureau of the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and Senior Vice President-Registration and Services Division of Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd. Mrs. Chanisa was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of SETTRADE Dot Com Co., Ltd. commencing from March 2004 onwards.
