SET Launches “Happy Money Content Creator” Campaign To Empower Content Creators As Financial Literacy Ambassadors

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) is advancing financial literacy among content creators through its new “Happy Money Content Creator” campaign. Designed for digital-age content creators and influencers, this initiative will equip participants with essential financial and investment knowledge to strengthen their personal financial security while developing them into trusted sources of quality financial contents contributing to sustainable financial health among Thais.

SET Senior Executive Vice President Soraphol Tulayasathien highlighted the growing influence of social media over the past decade. According to the surveys conducted by the Research Department of SET, investors across different demographics have varying preferences in how they access information, with around 50 percent of Gen-Z investors relying primarily on social media for investment insights. This trend has amplified content creators’ role as intermediaries democratizing financial information and knowledge for wider audiences, including new-generation investors. This initiative ensures that content creators are equipped with accurate financial and investment knowledge and resonates with regulators’ efforts to cultivate financial education and responsible advocacy among financial influencers or “Finfluencers” through social media platforms.

“Through our latest Happy Money Content Creator campaign, SET aims to provide a broad spectrum of content creators and influencers with the age-appropriate financial management and investment knowledge essential for their financial security. Furthermore, these content creators will serve as key catalysts in expanding financial literacy to wider audiences, laying the groundwork for sustainable financial well-being among Thais in line with our strategy and the concept of “Make it ‘Work’ for Every Future” in celebration of SET’s 50th anniversary,” added Soraphol.

This two-day program is scheduled for May 17-18, 2025 and will feature engaging and valuable sessions by renowned financial and investment experts covering “Master Your Money,” “Build Your Wealth,” and “Financial Resilience,” along with peer networking opportunities and a content creation competition.
