SET Announces 30 December 2002 a Holiday

Following from the Cabinet Resolution on 26 November 2002 giving approval for Monday December 30 2002 to be a public holiday, the Bank of Thailand has confirmed that this day will be a Bank Holiday as well.

The SET Board of Governors, by virtue of Clause 12(2) of the SET regulations regarding Trading, Clearing and Settlement of Securities in the Exchange (No.2), dated 31 August 1999, hereby announces that Monday 30 December 2002 will be a holiday for the SET and its subsidiaries, and they will open again from Thursday January 2 2002 onwards.
