In collaboration with the Investment Analysts Association (IAA), SET hosted the CISA Certificate Awarding Ceremony 2025 on March 14, 2025 to honor 692 individuals who successfully earned CISA certification between 2023 and 2024. The surge in CISA-certified professionals compared to previous years signifies the expanding prowess of Thailand’s investment analysis landscape.
The ceremony also paid tribute to Ms. Mayuree Chowikran, bestowing upon her the esteemed CISA Achievement Award for her profound impact on Thailand’s capital market advancement. With an illustrious career spanning over three decades in securities analysis and her acclaimed achievements, Ms. Chowikran has been an unwavering advocate, serving as a speaker and mentor for SET and various organizations.
IAA Secretary-General Sombat Narawutthichai articulated IAA’s pivotal role in crafting the CISA framework—from meticulous curriculum development to the establishment of rigorous assessment protocols that are aligned with global standards. This comprehensive approach ensures the program’s effectiveness in cultivating professionals with advanced skills and expertise across investment analysis, risk management, and fund management disciplines. The CISA program is a financial and investment analysis curriculum endorsed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a requisite credential for investment analysts and fund managers. To date, over 3,000 professionals have achieved CISA certification. Aspiring professionals are encouraged to explore the CISA program and register for certification examinations at authorized testing centers in Bangkok and regional locations.
