On September 1, 2006, the WSE introduced new tick sizes for shares, allotment certificates, bonds with priority rights, subscription warrants, index certificates, stock options and stock futures.

Following the session of September 6there was a stock split of LZPS PROTEKTOR. The nominal value was divided following the ration 1:6.

On September 11 – 20, 2006, subscription rights for C series shares of SKOTAN were listed (ticker: SKOTAN-PP).

On September 12, 2006, zero coupon T-bonds maturing on December 12, 2008, were introduced to trading.

On September 13, the shares of WOLCZANKA company were excluded from trading. On September 13, 2006, UNIMA 2000 Systemy Teleinformatyczne company debuted on the Exchange. 1,200,000 allotment certificates of E series were introduced to trading (ticker: UNIMA-PDA). UNIMA 2000 is an important supplier and integrator of It services on Polish market. The company offers projects of advanced IT systems and services them.

On Septmeber 13 – 15, 2006, allotment certificates of SkyEurope Holding AG company were listed (ticker: SKYEUROPE –PP).

Since September 14, 2006, trading of shares of EKODROB were suspended.

On September 19, 2006, allotment certificates for the B series shares of FABRYKA MASZYN „FAMUR” were listed for the last time (ticker: FAMUR-PDA).

On September 19, 2006, allotment certificates for the C series shares of MOSTOSTAL ZABRZE HOLDING were listed for the first time (ticker: MOSTALZAB-PDA).

On September 19, 2006, allotment certificates for the C series shares of JUPITER NARODOWY FUNDUSZ INWESTYCYJNY were listed for the first time.

On September 21, 2006, the company AB debuted on the Exchange. 4,842,950 shares of the A1, D, E series and 1,600,000 allotment certificates for the F series shares were introduced to trading (ticker: ABPL).
The company AB is one of the biggest IT equipment distributors in Poland. The company offer consists the whole range of equipment of such producers: Hewlett-Packard, Intel, Samsung Electronics, LG, Acer Computer, Asus, Creative Labs, Philips, Lexmark, Canon, Lite-On, Maxdata, BenQ, Logitech and Microsoft software.

On September 21, 2006, allotment certificates for the E series shares of LUBAWA were listed for the first time (ticker: LUBAWA-PDA).

Following September 25, the shares of MILMET were delisted.

Following the trading session on September 26, 2006, index MIDWIG set its historic record and reached 3,241.41 pts.

Since September 29, 2006, information on trading of shares of ELEKTRIM were signed in a particular way, which is by adding a comment: “The issuer has filed for bankruptcy”.

On September 29, 2006, EUROMARK POLSKA debuted on the Exchange. 9,775,000 shares of A series and 2,443,750 of allotment certificates for shares of B series were introduced to trading (ticker: EUROMARK). EUROMARK is specialized in designing and distribution of outdoor equipment (clothing, shoes, bagpacks, sleeping backs, tents, accessories).

In September, apart from newly-listed companies, shares of the following companies were introduced to trading: INTERSPPL, NFIEMF, MILLENNIUM, BRE, INTERFERIE, 12PIAST, LENTEX, HYDROBUDOWA ?L?SK, ENERGOMONTA? – PÓ?NOC, VISTULA & WÓLCZANKA, HYDROTOR, FAMUR, PBG, ELEKTROBUDOWA, SKYEUROPE, INVAR & BIURO SYSTEM, COMPUTERLAND, GINO ROSSI, MOL.

The most important changes in the WSE indices

Following the trading session on September 15, 2006, the WSE introduced the periodical adjustment of the exchange indices companies portfolio. Within the WIG20 companies portfolio the company BORYSZEW was replaced by POLIMEXMS.
