Senior Solution Lists On Bovespa Mais

BM&FBOVESPA holds a ceremony to recognize the listing without an initial public offering (IPO) of Senior Solution, a provider of software and services for the financial sector, on Bovespa Mais, the Exchange’s access segment.

An event hosted by BM&FBOVESPA at the Raymundo Magliano Filho Visitor Center will be attended by Bernardo Gomes, CEO of Senior Solution, Alberto Camões, director of Grupo Stratus and chairman of the company’s Board of Directors, and Julio Ramundo, director of industrials, capital markets and entrepreneurial capital of BNDES, the national development bank.
