Semi-Annual Changes To The NASDAQ Technology Dividend Index

The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) today announced the results of the semi-annual re-ranking of the NASDAQ Technology Dividend Index (Nasdaq:NQ96DIVUS), which will become effective prior to market open on September 23, 2013.

The following fifteen securities will be added to the Index: ADTRAN, Inc. (Nasdaq:ADTN), ARM Holdings plc (Nasdaq:ARMH), Compuware Corporation (Nasdaq:CPWR), CSG Systems International, Inc. (Nasdaq:CSGS), LM Ericsson Telephone Company (Nasdaq:ERIC), Infosys Limited (NYSE:INFY), KT Corporation (NYSE:KT), Mobile TeleSystems OJSC (NYSE:MBT), SK Telecom Co., Ltd. (NYSE:SKM), Symantec Corporation (Nasdaq:SYMC), PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (NYSE:TLK), Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Ltd. (NYSE:TSM), TIM Participacoes S.A. (NYSE:TSU), Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq:TYPE) and Telefonica Brasil S.A. (NYSE:VIV).

The Index includes up to 100 Technology and Telecommunications companies that pay a regular or common dividend. The NASDAQ Technology Dividend Index is evaluated on a semi-annual basis. As a result of the re-ranking, the following six securities will be removed from the Index: CenturyLink, Inc. (NYSE:CTL), Ebix, Inc. (Nasdaq:EBIX), Oi S.A. (NYSE:OIBR), Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE:PBI), Power Integrations, Inc. (Nasdaq:POWI) and Tellabs, Inc. (Nasdaq:TLAB).
