The Global Islamic Finance Forum (GIFF) 2014 from 2nd to 4th September 2014 will feature more than 100 influential thought leaders from the global sphere to share insights and experiences on key issues confronting the development of the Islamic finance industry.

“GIFF 2014 marks the first time the industry has taken the lead in hosting the forum, and this will be reflected by the industry-driven discussions held during the event, highlighting key issues and considering practical solutions to equip industry players in facing global challenges.

“The forum will feature multi-track programmes under the theme of ‘Marketplace for Global Linkages’, facilitating industry-wide dialogue and networking while enabling the realisation of international business opportunities,” said Dato’ Mohd Redza Shah Abdul Wahid, President of the Association of Islamic Banking Institutions Malaysia (AIBIM), organiser of the event.

The app is also equipped with two unique functions, Quick Meetings and Messaging, to facilitate networking and exchange of ideas amongst the delegates.

AIBIM is organising the forum in collaboration with Bank Negara Malaysia, the SC, the Malaysian Takaful Association (MTA), INCEIF, International Shari’ah Research Academy for Islamic Finance (ISRA) and Islamic Banking & Finance Institute Malaysia (IBFIM).
