The domestic securities and futures information technology has got a standardized and professional testing platform.
On April 10, the inauguration ceremony of the securities and futures IT testing center (Dalian) and the seminar on the center’s construction was held at Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE). The center became a professional testing agency approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) to provide the service of IT testing service for the securities and futures industry. The center’s settlement in DCE marked that the securities and futures IT testing has got a standardized, professional and authoritative testing platform, and DCE has achieve a milestone progress in the IT field and the “Cloud Strategy” work for supporting the public services for industries.
Zhang Ye, Chief of the CSRC Information Center, and Li Zhengqiang, DCE Chairman, jointly inaugurated the center. Attending the ceremony and the seminar were representatives from the CSRC, industry associations, core institutions and developers.
DCE began to establish a professional technology testing team in 2009 and set up the DCE software testing center in 2010, with an aim to build a leading professional testing agency in the domestic securities and futures industry as well as the domestic financial sector. So far, DCE has had the first state-level software testing lab in the industry and around Dalian, and it firstly went through the CMMIS certification in the industry, which marked that its testing level has reached the state level and international level. Since its establishment, the center has successively completed the testing work for more than 100 major systems of exchanges, core financial institutions and regulators. The approval of CSRC on the industry testing center will boost the center into a brand-new development stage.
