On Monday 14 November 2016, the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Board of India paid a visit to the Tehran Stock Exchange.
Having visited the trading floor at Tehran Stock Exchange, SEBI’s chairman and other delegates, who were accompanied by an Indian official from the country’s Embassy in Iran, were hosted by Dr. Ghalibaf Asl, TSE’s CEO.
During the meeting they were briefed about TSE’s development and future plans.
The Indian delegation discussed an interest in extending both markets relations and proposed fields of further cooperation.
