In its first gathering, the Forum will bring together 50 medium and small capitalisation companies listed on the Spanish stock exchange as well as over 240 national and international analysts and investors and outstanding personalities from the Spanish financial industry.
The agenda will alternate sectoral panels with round tables on such matters of public interest as transparency, liquidity, corporate governance or the role of technology in the relations between companies and investors.
During the Forum, bilateral meetings will take place between companies and investors which will offer deeper insight into these companies’ current situation and prospects.
The hosting of this Forum is part of the” Medium and Small Caps Project”, which encompasses a set of initiatives meant to boost the visibility, liquidity and capacity for innovation of these companies. Besides the launching of the IBEX MEDIUM CAP® and IBEX SMALL CAP® indices, the Project offers a close look at different international case studies regarding supply and demand for medium liquidity stocks and its possible adaptation to the Spanish trading model.
