Second Round Of Trading Currency Conversion On The Singapore Exchange

On 1 March 2000, the Singapore Exchange announced that arrangements had been made to facilitate the conversion of foreign currency-denominated shares, whether listed on a primary or secondary basis, to the Singapore Dollar. Companies that wished to make the conversion were to have informed the Exchange by 12.00 noon on Friday, 17 March 2000.

The Singapore Exchange is pleased to announce that the following companies have notified the Exchange of their decision to convert the trading of their securities to Singapore Dollars: Primary Listings - Ipco International Ltd (Securities - Ipco US$ and Ipco W021217 US$) ; Secondary Listings - TPV Holdings Ltd and WellNet Holdings Ltd (Securities - TPV HK$ and WellNet 2K HK$).

All the above counters will have the trading of their securities converted to Singapore Dollars on Monday 27 March 2000, 9.00 am.
