Mr. Ruengvit Dusdeesurapot, the Chief Executive Officer of Seamico Securities, said that Seamico was the first Thai majority owned securities company to introduce Thai and English language online trading services through its www.seamico.com in the beginning of 2000. Trading activity through the company's website has grown significantly since then. The number of its online clients rose markedly by 94% in 2002 and the value of online trading rose by 310% in the same period.
