Scott Cutler Joins NYSE As Senior Vice President, Global Corporate Client Group - Will Oversee Listing Sales And Client Services In U.S. Western Region

The New York Stock Exchange has named Scott Cutler, Senior Vice President, Global Corporate Client Group (GCCG), Western Region. Mr. Cutler, who will be based in Palo Alto, CA, and manage personnel in both California and New York, will report to Noreen M. Culhane, Executive Vice President, New Listing & Client Service.

“Scott joins the NYSE with an extensive background in investment banking and corporate securities law, and has demonstrated success in building and enhancing customer relationships,” Ms. Culhane said. “On behalf of all my colleagues at the Exchange, I welcome Scott to the team.”

“This is an exciting time for corporate issuers, financial markets, and the NYSE,” Mr. Cutler said. “I look forward to building upon existing and establishing new relationships among corporate issuers.”

As Senior Vice President, GCCG, Mr. Cutler will be responsible for corporate listings and customer relations in the U.S. Western Region. In addition to staff management responsibilities, Mr. Cutler will build and enhance relationships with corporate issuers and key influencers in the listing decision process including bankers, private equity and venture investors, and the legal and accounting communities.

Prior to the NYSE, Mr. Cutler had been a Director in Technology Investment Banking at Cowen & Co. Previously, he was a Vice President in Technology Investment Banking at Thomas Weisel Partners and a corporate securities attorney at Cooley Godward. Mr. Cutler graduated with a B.S. degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. He currently resides in San Francisco, California with his wife and three children.
