The Saudi Exchange is pleased to announce the launch of the Saudi Capital Market Awards 2021, following the success of the Awards’ first edition. The Saudi Capital Market Awards aim to recognize and award exemplary market participants across different practice areas, through a range of categories. The Awards will continue to evolve and introduce additional categories to reflect the rapidly changing market conditions in the Saudi capital market.
This year’s edition includes an expanded selection of awards categories, including ‘Best ESG Award’, ‘Best Research House Award’, ‘Best Investment Bank’, ‘Best Equity Capital Markets House Award’, ‘Best Debt Capital Markets House Award’, ‘Best Merger and Acquisition House Award’ and ‘Best Asset Manager Awards’. The award categories unveiled last year will also be open to applicants: ‘Best Investor Relations Program Award’, ‘Best Custodian Award’, ‘Best Broker Award’, ‘Most Notable Listing Award’ on the Main Market, and ‘Most Notable Listing Award’ on the Nomu-Parallel Market.

The Saudi Capital Market Awards for 2021 will be held in partnership with CFA Society Saudi Arabia and the Middle East Investor Relations Association (MEIRA). Eligible entrants will be evaluated by an independent committee comprised of industry professionals from both entities.
Application to award categories will open on 2 January 2022.
The Awards will be presented during the Saudi Capital Market Forum which will be held in March 2022 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The event’s full details will be announced soon.
