The Saudi Exchange announces that the Capital Market Authority’s Board has issued its resolution number (3-96-2022) Dated 10/02/1444H corresponding to 06/09/2022G approving the following:
- The amended Listing Rules. (click here)
The Amendments of the Listing Rules (“Rules”) include regulating the direct listing of offered Debt Instruments by way of private placement.
It should be noted that these Rules shall be effective on 01/03/1444H corresponding to 27/09/2022G.
