Volume of trading reached 5,6 billion shares, an increase of 221% compared with the year 2002. The value traded at the end of the year 2003 was ( 597 SAR billion) (159 US$) an increase of 346% compared with the year 2002. In 2003 There were 3,8 mln. transactions, an increase of 264% compared with last year 2002.

The market capitalization of the exchange at the end of the year 2003 was 590 (SAR billion) (157.3 US $), an increase of 110% compared with the same period in 2002.
