Simultaneously, the shares of Sanofi-Synthelabo SA (ADR) (France, NYSE: SNY, CUSIP: 80105N105, Sedol: 2964557) in the S&P ADR Indices will increase by 1,286,017,422 to 2,748,900,914. The IWF will change to 0.7. As a result of the acquisition, Sanofi-Syntholabo SA will become Sanofi-Aventis SA.
