S&P EMDB will not recognize the rights issue of ex-date March 29, 2004 in Kredyt Bank SA (SPID 180146.1/ Sedol 4534099), a constituent of the S&P/IFCI and S&P/IFCG Indices. The rights issue price is 15% higher than the market price on the ex-date.
