S&P Dow Jones Indices Announces Changes ToThe S&P/TSX Canadian Indices - A Deletion From The S&P/TSX SmallCap Index

S&P Dow Jones Canadian Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:

The shareholders of Pace Oil & Gas Ltd. (TSX:PCE) and AvenEx Energy Corp. (TSX:AVF) have approved the Arrangement Agreement whereby the two companies will combine to form Spyglass Resources Corp. (TSX:SGL). Shareholders of AvenEx Energy will receive 1 share of Spyglass Resources for each share held and shareholders of Pace Oil & Gas will receive 1.3 shares of Spyglass Resources for each share held. Pace Oil & Gas will be the company going forward  as  Spyglass  Resources.  AvenEx  Energy  will  be  removed  from  the  S&P/TSX SmallCap Index after the close of trading on Wednesday, April 3, 2013. At the same time, the shares of the combined entity Spyglass Resources will be increased in the same index to reflect the share exchange.
