Salter New Media and the Toronto Stock Exchange have announced a program to broadcast quarterly earnings conference calls of TSE-listed companies over the Internet. This service, Q1234.com, will record and broadcast conference calls, previously available only to analysts, institutional investors and select members of the media. The Toronto Stock Exchange encourages the use of electronic media to Inform the investing public. Q1234.com will also archive the conference call recordings, building a lasting library for investors researching the performance of TSE companies.
